Description

Ayoola Poundo yam is made from selected yam tubers.

It has the taste and aroma of pounded yam freshly prepared without the stress of pounding. It can be served with any soup of your choice.

Preparation

1. Combine the Ayoola Poundo Yam flour with 2 cups water in a medium pot; bring to the boil.

2. Pour the mixture into boiling water; reduce heat; stir constantly with a wooden spoon till it forms a solid lump.

3. Add water to the solid lump to get the consistency you want.
